Public Forum Debate @ the MSCI Spring Conference & Tournament
MIFA annually collaborates with the Michigan Speech Coaches Inc. to organize the Public Forum debate division of their Spring Tournament at the Grand Hotel on Mackinac Island.
This year we will be using the April NSDA Public Forum debate topic area and resolution which is:
Resolved: The United States ought to replace the Electoral College with a direct national popular vote.
