As of the new year, MIFA will have a new phone number.  734-352-7401 (or 734-FLASH-01)
 
Please start using it now. The old number will still be in use until December 31, but after the new year, it is gone. This is a change brought about in an attempt to make phone service both more reliable and accessible on tournament dates.
 
In addition, the old system was badly susceptible to power surges and loss of power. Each time the power fluxuated the answer machine erased our message. This is a cell phone and will always be available to leave voice messages.
 
Use this number if you are running late to a tournament. It will be at the registration table and you will reach tournament personnel directly.
 
This change is another action taken to increase communication with MIFA.
 
MIFA has a new FAX number too. We will do our best to purge the old one from all the lists you find it on, and for about a month, we'll maintain both numbers.
 
From this point on, please use 734-864-0322 to send faxes to MIFA.
